Shipping/Exchange/Return/Refund Policy

We at S!E!L!L! check each and every product for quality control before shipping the product to the customer.

So we accept returns if the product is damaged on the way to delivery. Hence we request the user to not accept any packages if the package is torn, open or damaged any other way.

Return/ Exchange request accepted/processed with 2 days for the date of product being delivered.

Return due to sizing related issues are accepted only if the pickup cost is borne by the customer.

Exchange accepted if the pickup and drop cost is borne by the customer. Please keep in mind that we have individual product of each design , so in case of exchange ,the customer will have to opt for a different product. In which case the pricing may differ. If the exchange item cost less than the original item , surplus amount shall be returned to the customer. In case if the exchange item cost more than the original item , surplus amount to be paid by the client.

Please keep it mind , since we are just starting out we do not have our own delivery system/service. we rely on courier companies like blue dart, India post, etc. for delivering the products.

Any product returned in form of exchange or return should be intact with original tags . We may refuse return and not process the refund if after examination we discover that the product was used/ washed or manipulated in any way.

Shipping/Delivery:

Deliver period may vary between 7-10 working days depending on the are to be delivered. The customer is to inform us if the product is not delivered within the given period of time.
